ASHTANGA YOGA SUMMER IMMERSIONS

FOR Experienced PRACTITIONERS & ashtanga-Yoga teachers

A gathering for advanced practitioners who have completed the Ashtanga Primary Series or are already practicing Intermediate Series.

This Ashtanga Summer Immersion takes place in the wonderful Villa El Morisco, near Benajarafe (Malaga)!

One or two weeks of in-depth practice and immersion to refine and complete the Primary, including drop-backs/backbends-practice and to start or dive through and work on the Intermediate Series.
The mornings are XXL-Mysore Practice Sessions - with a small Meditation, Pranayama & Vinyasa Krama postures
before the Mysore Practice - to fix Breath & Bandha.

WEEK 1 -- will have the focus on Hands-On for Primary Series, drop backs and Pranayama.
WEEK 2 -- will have a playfull focus on Intermediate techniques, Bandha and Pranayama.

1 morning with live Indian Raga music by GOVINDA
4 afternoon workshops / 4.30 - 7.15 pm (volontary)

This Ashtanga Yoga Retreat will be approved by Yoga Alliance (US) for 35 hours "Continuing Education" (YACEP)
