We invite you to experience Ashtanga Yoga as a gentle Yoga Flow by applying the wisdom of the original flow. Ashtanga Yoga is often thought of as challenging - for me it is the most gentle and genius Vinyasa Flow.
No matter if you are advanced or beginner - the method of Ujjayi-Breathing with applying bandhas and understanding the inner energy-flow, will enable you to advance to your fullest potential!
