In my experience it can takeup to 4 weeks to build up the strength to progress when we come from our everyday life - therefore we recommend a stay of 2 weeks and more, to build stamina and progress in a theme or posture.

I love and appreciate practicing in my own pace in Ashtanga Yoga, and love guiding others in a Mysore class! The energy that the small class builds up, combined with the opportunity to practice in your own rhythm, allows you to dive deep. With the help of an experienced teacher you can advance your practice and feel renewed.
Our small and peaceful venue provides a wonderful setting for your retreat. Our location on the Costa del Sol is known for its beautiful light and almost year-round warm tropical weather.
Andrea Panzer has 40 years of teaching experience and is authorized Level 2 by Sharath Jois.
She has provided 4 Ashtanga-Yoga-Teacher Trainings in Germany and continues to teach 4-weeks APANA YOGA Intensives in Spain.
After practice enjoy the yummy veggie brunch on our sea-view terrace, take a dip in the pool and enjoy the rest of the day!
Two afternoon workshops give space for practical or spiritual themes around the practice with subjects depending on your interests. Past focuses have been Ashtanga techniques, Pranayama & Mudra Sessions, Ashtanga & Vinyasa Krama, Ashtanga Yoga for Women, Ashtanga 50+ and Q&A
We both love Indian classical music and practice together in the mornings. Here the project "Ashtanga meets Raga" began. During our Retreats, Govinda will accompany the Mysore Classes at least one morning on his charming Indian instruments. He creates a meditative space, in which you may dive through your practice and experience deep focus in your flow.
An evening concert and Kirtan-Singing-Circle round up our Retreat program.
